Debra J. Rog

Debra J. Rog, PhD, President of the Rockville Institute, is an internationally recognized expert in evaluation and applied social research methodology, homelessness, housing, and mental health. She has directed numerous multisite research and evaluation projects in the areas of poverty, homelessness, housing for vulnerable populations, violence and trauma prevention, and mental health services. She has provided methodological and subject-matter expertise for research funded by clients such as the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Center for Mental Health Services, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the United Nations, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, among others. Dr. Rog has published and presented widely, and is an editor of numerous books, series, and journals. She is on the faculty of The Evaluators' Institute and was the 2009 President of the American Evaluation Association. DebraRog@RockvilleInstitute.org

Andrea J. Sedlak, PhD, Vice President of the Rockville Institute, is a social psychologist with experience in research on children, youth, and families, with special focus on troubled, vulnerable, and victimized groups. She has designed and conducted studies on child abuse and neglect, adopted children and their families, missing children, runaway and homeless youth, and juvenile offenders in residential placement. Her methodological expertise ranges from large-scale national incidence designs to in-depth interviews on highly sensitive subjects, and she is adept at devising creative methods to maintain confidentiality and anonymity of study data.

W. Sherman Edwards, MBA, Vice President of the Rockville Institute, is an expert in research related to health care and has designed, conducted, and analyzed studies of the use of health care services, patient experiences with care, provider experiences within the health care system, and consumer knowledge of health insurance programs. His research experience spans Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and commercial health care settings. Mr. Edwards has conducted methodological research on many of the nation's major health care surveys, including the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey, the National Health Interview Survey, CAHPS®, and the California Health Interview Survey.

Susan Mountford, MBA, Vice President of the Rockville Institute, has extensive experience in accounting and financial management covering such topics as accounting, auditing, contract administration, employee benefit plans, financial reporting, financial planning, purchasing, risk management, taxes, and treasury management. She has direct experience working with a broad range of entities, including private, public, for profit and not for profit. Ms. Mountford is currently licensed as a Maryland Certified Public Accountant.
